PokéSurvivor Not Saving? Check Tickets and Progress

Game account and cloud save

The developer's guide describes account-based cloud progress and warns that guest play is not saved. Do not rely on a guest session as a transferable backup.

Your game login is separate from this website. Reading Picks and using its manual calculators need no account; that does not remove the game's account requirement for cloud progress.

Before testing, write down the exact game address, your account identifier and which device last showed the expected collection. Keep credentials private. A third-party APK, wrapper or similarly named game may use a different account system.

A careful Save and device-switch check

These are editorial troubleshooting steps, not a guarantee of recovery:

  1. Keep the device with the expected progress available. Avoid repeatedly spending tickets or making competing changes on both devices while investigating.
  2. Record a small baseline. Note the visible coin and ticket balances, the selected Pokémon and the time. A screenshot makes later comparison easier.
  3. Check the account and connection. A different login can look like an empty or older collection. A connection error cannot confirm an upload.
  4. Use Save and read the exact result. If it reports a wait or an error, remain on that device and let the pending operation finish or follow the displayed retry guidance. Do not assume closing a tab proves success.
  5. Then check the other device on the same account. Compare the baseline without spending there first. Record any mismatch rather than trying to repair it by editing storage.

The developer has published save and cross-device fixes. That history makes account and status checks useful; it does not establish the cause of a new incident.

Tickets missing on a phone or another browser

Separate what you earned from what you spent. A lower balance after a pull is a different observation from an item earned on one device never appearing on another.

The game and Picks show different upgrade valuesPicks uses manual assumptions; it does not import your account

For example, imagine recording 20 tickets on your phone, then seeing 10 on a laptop. That alone does not distinguish an older cloud copy from a different account or a pull made on the laptop. Write down the sequence before deciding what happened. This is an illustrative example, not a reproduced bug.

About save files and browser storage

A search for a “PokéSurvivor save file” can mean synchronizing legitimate progress, finding a download or modifying a local copy. This guide covers the first task. It does not provide save downloads, import tools or a recovery utility.

Do not paste account tokens or browser-storage contents into a public post. Do not follow instructions to alter your balance in the console. The developer's save-protection announcement explains that edited local data is not accepted as authoritative cloud progress.

What to include in a useful problem report

Prepare the game address, device/browser, date and time with time zone, exact visible message, last successful Save and the order of actions on each device. Include a redacted screenshot if it helps. Never include passwords, authentication tokens or an entire private save.

Use the developer's support route from the game or check the public issue tracker for an existing report. If the problem happens only when joining friends, continue with the co-op connection checks. For version context, read the November update notes.
